A fatwa issued by Shafi'i scholar from Oxford, Sidi Afifi al-Akiti. A must-read article regarding suicide-bombeing, so-called jihad operations and killing of civillians.Although it differ a bit from fatwa issued by Grand Mufti of Egypt, Dr Ali Ghom'a regarding Palestinian issue, the hukm derivation stated was clear, concise and with full clarity. But I still think that Palestinian issue should be treated as a separate entity.Read here

You concern over the Palestinian issue was voiced out by someone else too(I had numbered it response #1), and I think I had sent out Sidi Afifi's reply to this response by e-mail to you.
Anak Alam
What do u mean the Palestinian issue should be treated differently? Are there double standards when it comes to civilians? Plus it will only dilute its worth and made it weak & feeble like CAIR's & MCB's so-called fatwas. We finally have a brave aalim who is also a mujahid :) Allaahu akbar!!!
Just read the other fab reviews:

Brother,
Different fatwa doesn't mean that there's double standards when it comes to civillians. The Grand Mufti of Egypt, Dr Ali Ghom'a also has his own stand when stating that Palestians suicide-bombers as 'shuhadaa'.Sidi Afifi in his response said he is using the 'Qaul Asah', meaning that the more correct, more sound.....indirectly stating that there's khilaf in this issue.Wallahu a'lam.
